This product was recommended to me by my physical therapist to use in the office. The girls at the office saw this product and were very interested. It comes with a DVD for excerises. Great product.

I wasn't sure how much excersise I will get on this (i have a bad leg and a very bad back) but I was hoping it will allow me some excersises to improve my balance and maybe serve as a 'portable physio ball' to sit on, as sitting on...

Use it in my chair at work - did not want to use a big ball chair there - but this totally does the trick - Had to go to the chiropractor once a month for upper spine problems related to my right shoulder. Has helped my back immensely!

This disk is well made and can help with balance and making exercises more difficult... but the "training" DVD it terrible. It shows you basic ideas and positions, but does not offer a whole work out or show. It is a "here is one...
