This book has no shortage of practical ideas for creating other streams of cashflow.I found the beginning of the book to be very reasonable. One pieice of advice I thought was honest and realistic is that you will rarely beat the stock market, so pick a mutual fund that tracks the S&P 500, sink...

Alright, too many stories. No real meat

I was expecting to get a book that would steer me into the course of making some more money on the side. While it does inform readers of ways of generating more cash flow, each chapter seems to just be filled with non-practical wisdom on how to enter each money-making field.
