camcorder battery purchased - once in camcorder and charged camcorder kept verifying that battery was low - went to local retailer who stated that battery may be old

I used the tracking ,with my first order.I know it is coming reasonably fast so I do not worry about the speed t does come.I only spoke to some one one time when I needed some one LIVE! (it's just better that way sometimes)
