When I had called in after my order because I had found a 20% coupon in my son's previous order the person I spoke with did not have good quality customer service skills and I did send an e-mail to your customer service about her conversation with me |

Ground shipping and 3 day arrived at the same date. Customer service credited me for the 3 day shipping charge. Handled very well. |

I placed an order for womens spikes. I ordered a size 6.5 which is statetd on the shipment form, and the spike I received was a size 6, and the spike is really small,although that has nothing to do with Eastbay. However, I love Eastbay. |

i never received a discount on my items but i'm not worried about it. Just wanted to let you guys know. Also didn't have gloves i wanted but did have some other ones i liked though. |
