This was a nice book-easy to read and informative. The subject of Celtic spirituality is an interest of mine as it's my belief that a lot of early Christian views were dismissed and deemed irrelevent by the powers that be at the time....

Still applies today

I read this along with attending a study group led by our parish (Episcopal) priest. Part of the first chapter was 'thick', but I found the book as a whole to be a concise image of history and theology.
