This is a great product for a good price. It's small enough to fit in a laptop bag and carry around without even noticing. It is barely bigger than a CD, and less than half inch thick. The guys over at J&R

Fast, Slim, Most Important...It's Portable!
I've been searching for a slim external drive and being portable. There are tons out there being external, a few claims to be slim. This Sony takes the cake! It is extremely light comprared to other external drive. Speed of burning isn't too bad....

Sony DVD RW Drive
This drive works fine. There is a lot of unnecessary bundled software which slows down getting started. The case also shows fingerprints like crazy.
