Good Product - Poor Support
This is the second product I purchased from Sabrent - Good products but Sabrent has VERY bad Tec support. The couple of Tecs I dealt with were not well informed (products and customer relations) and had an "uncooperative" and antagonist attitude.

Worked like a charm
Attached the drive to my little Acer laptop running Windows XP and had no problems. It loaded Word just fine and later tried a DVD which started right up. I like the small, light feel, and considering the price, it seems like a helluva deal.
