Just 3 days after having this unit, it just froze up. It won't play anything. The carousel won't open. Only the Dimmer button on the remote will function. This is my first and definitely my LAST YAMAHA product that I will buy.

PROS: The DVD-C950 plays every disk format I can throw at it. Unlike the DVD-C940 (which I also own) it has no trouble with home-burned DVD-Rs. More options in setup menus, as well.
CONS: Takes a long time to eject the disk tray. Loading disks closest to the unit in the tray is cumbersome. Disk loading and recognition could be quicker.
