DO NOT BUY THIS, BUY SOMETHING ELSE. The inlcuded Mionet software is totally unreliable. It must be running and connected to the internet to access the Mionet server in order access the drive. If it doesn't connect properly, you get permission err

CONS: Required Mionet software is totally unreliable and causes permissions errors if it isn't running or connected to the Mionet's servers. Support is nonexistent or useless.

PROS: Setup seemed easy. Replacement drive was shipped quickly after the original failed under warranty.
CONS: Drive failed virtually without warning. Poor functional design. Tech support didn't know how to fix it. Had to go to personal expense and great deal of time to recover data even though drive's RAID1 setup should prevent that.
