Important Facts about Small Breed Puppies and Dogs - defined as dogs that weigh 1 to 20 pounds at maturity. Artemis Small Breed is a scientifically formulated food that is made to meet the nutritional requirements of small breed puppies and dogs and takes into account their particular breed characteristics. Probiotics/Prebiotics is crucial for young puppies since they are preparing to transition from mother's milk to dog food. Weeks 7, 8 & 9 increase up 25% Puppies: double the feeding of adult level, spread over 2 to 3 equal feedings per day.
