Appears great... for a while
We loved the product at first: it lasted a year + and the retraction stopped...OUR DOG ONLY WEIGHS 10 POUNDS... thinking we had a one time, bad item, we bought again. A year + later and guess what... it won't retract! PRODUCTS SHOULD LAST MORE THAN 1

Great leash!!!
This is the must have retractable leash for any dog owner. Besides giving your dog flexibilty to roam with the long leash/cord, the bag dispenser is built right into the unit and saves you space in your pockets and also you don't have to worry about
