- a great help for regaining health
My doctor suggested me to buy this book, and I found it great! It helped me to understand what was wrong with me and change completely my life style. After 25 years of migraine, I am on my way back to healt. I whish the same to everybody.

Not only is this book unscientific, unprofessional and bizarre, it also has an odd, moralistic slant to it. The many drawings and graphs in the book are simply "bad", i.e. talentless and sloppy. The data references are mostly 50 to 90...
