I have had this unit for a little over a year and i am going on my third unit. The first one was replaced at no charge this one they want $300!! Customer serrvice is VERY poor

PROS: Lot's of disk space

PROS: Humax customer support is excellent i had few minor questions they took care of it right away. Its a beautiful looking unit and fits great with my Sony set up. it does everything my other Tivos do but with newer and superior inner electronics. Change your
