    Exciting possibilites for rebuilding health and weight loss

    I have enjoyed the book and am using the QiGong exercises and have only followed the eating suggestions for one week. So far, I am surprised that I have energy for the day, am feeling good and starting to lose weight.

    Clearly written, non-judgemental and easy to follow, my entire family has been preparing for and following this program for 3 weeks (5 weeks to go for the full effect).
