Overpriced, possibly dangerous advice

At 24.95, with wide margins and large font type, its just overpriced.
Of more concern, to claim bitter orange is safe is irresponsible. It's a stimulant that some studies show to cause heart problems.

Okay for the "new" dieter

I got this book and the Skinny pills. After trying it for 30 days, I lost 10 lbs. I found that I could not eat everything on the menu (it was a lot of food for me). I think it's an okay book for someone who has no concept of how to eat right...
