the book is exactly what it says it is. Does give helpful recipes? In my opinion uses Stevia too much. But it does caution about that. Overall great for giving ideas for the protocol.

This book was not worth the money that I spent on it. I had already found almost every recipe on the internet for free. I was very dissapointed. I would only reccomend it if you don't plan on looking online for free recipes and info...
