PROS: Looks good Software comes loaded

CONS: Lack of service! After 4 weeks they still can't get the PC to work, and have to date refused to exchange the machine, blaming it on the pre-loaded software, which their own engineer disagrees with!!

I would not recommend this computer or Dell to anyone at anytime. The three year in house hassle free Warranty is anything but hassle free. Their techs are not well versed in how to effectively help you.

PROS: I have nothing but problems with this computer since we bought it.

CONS: Dealing with their tech support is an absolute nightmare. There is a language barrier with all techs that you are connected to, they make you repeat things over and over again without resolve.
