PROS: Ultra-Slim, never seen one so slim before; Really Quiet, a friend was shocked when he didn't hear anything (I LOVE COOL N' QUIET)

PROS: The small size is a plus for my desktop. The Dell build quality, 2g of ram, XP Home OS, Sempron processor, and 160 gig hard drive were perfect for what I needed. Mine came refurbished with a 3 year in-home warranty, and shipping for less than $420
CONS: The customer service is dreadful. The agents don't have much knowledge of the product, and don't know how it's configured. They can barely speak or understand English, and don't seem to be well trained...but at least they try to be polite.

CONS: TERRIBLE customer support. Saying no is their game. When I called to cancel an order with additional stuff the rep killed 1/2 of my order and acted like he killed the whole thing. When I called complain, it's too bad just return the damn thing.

Great unit, I've installed an ATI HD2400 graphics card, and operates perfectly. Never going back to a compaq after this. Great price. Never had to use customer support (owned unit for over 6 months). Burns DL dvd's which is great.

PROS: 22" monitor, decent small speakers, browses the internet quickly, images load quickly. Windows Vista Home Premium is much better than regular Vista. 500gigs of storage.
CONS: Doesn't have the proper sound card set up for some games. I bought mine before they came with bluetooth connectivity on the front. Has difficulty detecting some hardware (memory sticks). Programs Crash (very) seldomly.
