PROS: Ultra-Slim, never seen one so slim before; Really Quiet, a friend was shocked when he didn't hear anything (I LOVE COOL N' QUIET)
CONS: Quite Expensive and really messy if you mess with its stuff inside; only with Windows Vista, making the price skyrocket and slow (tried using XP, much faster)!!!,

PROS: The small size is a plus for my desktop. The Dell build quality, 2g of ram, XP Home OS, Sempron processor, and 160 gig hard drive were perfect for what I needed. Mine came refurbished with a 3 year in-home warranty, and shipping for less than $420
CONS: The customer service is dreadful. The agents don't have much knowledge of the product, and don't know how it's configured. They can barely speak or understand English, and don't seem to be well trained...but at least they try to be polite.
