Everything was perfect, the only thing is that you should specify a little more some products, for example, in conforters sets, it say so, an supposed to be clear, but you don't know exactly which items are included and if you should shop some... |

Package barely held together by the time it reached me. The latex foam pillow was way too soft. CSR didn't recommend reordering since all your latex foam pillows are supposed to be firm. She asked me to box it up and she'd have UPS pick it up today |
