I placed an order 11/20/09, my credit card was debited that same day. Today 11/30/09, ten days later and still no word on the status of my order.

The site was easy to navigate. I found the product I needed. There were good photos and descriptions to confirm the product I was looking for. The order arrived within just a couple of days. Overall a great experience.
