The orders were for digital cameras during thanks giving and the order shipment was delayed twice. There were prompt calls to notify the same but I had to gift it to someone so if I miss the date it has got no value.

At the moment of placing the order Dell Belgium was expedient. At the order confirmation the delivery time became already two weeks later. The order, delivered in full order, came finaly more than six weeks late. No excuses, no compensation. The vend

I love the web site. The only complaint I had at the time was my inability to purchase at a local store. My complaint was invalid after I was notified Dell would be selling their ink at Staples.

This camera is currently back ordered. IT IS NOT IN STOCK. It took two days and phone calls to cancelorder after paying and finding out later order was shipping the 27th of December. Poor communication.

Always a good experience. Interest rate on their credit accounts are too high.
