The shopping experience was fine but this survey is very premature since the unit is not supposed to ship until next week. So therefore I can't answer most of the questions. |

Incorrect technical information was given by sales people and when I had to return two items for refunds only one item return was credited to my account. You need better people working for you. |

Dell's website is extremely slow to load and the checkout process is confusing. The wrong quantity was generated and I had to go back and fix it. I was unable to check accurately on my order even though I followed the website directions. According... |

I'm sure they're swamped with orders right now, because of the release of Windows 7. My computer isn't due to arrive until November 12th or 13th. Of course, I'd love to have it sooner, but I understood when I ordered it that it would take longer... |
