Order not schedled to ship until 9/2/08 so it is impossible to answer some of the above. Will not buy from Dell in future. Needed to change method of payment after order placed (from Dell Preferred Credit to other Credit Card). Was told order need |

This is the second computer I have ordered through Dell and I am looking at a laptop for my son next.I will not hesitate to use them again ! |

I purchased a XPS 1530 laptop computer and a Microsoft Office program thru an employee purchase program. Sales representatives was very helpful and informative. It was easier than I thought it would be. I look forward to future purchases with Dell. I |
