Looong wait for customer service phoneline and not very eager to help customer assistant, no email confirmation for shipment therefore no tracking info provided. The item (faucet) arrived with the factory seal BROKEN, with the shipping box... |

I've placed several orders with Decorisland and have always had excellent service. The prices are always very competitive and I like the fact that there are no shipping charges on orders of $80 or more. I've had one very bad experience ordering... |

Ordering from decorisland.com was much easier than shopping the home improvement stores or the plumbing warehouse. I also got a better price |
