Ordered 2 ink cartridges. One was 'defective'. Contact lady was VERY HARD to understand. 'Error'? was made.Mailed 2 new ones instead of replacing faulty one and a return label. When contacted again about this-was impatient! |

Product did not come in original packaging and appears to be slightly different from the OEM ink I have used in the past. I don't know if it will perform as good or last as long. |
