I'm very happy with it except that either the remote doesn't work, or else the battery to the remote is dead because one way or the other, it doesn't work except by manually pushing the controls on the unit itself.

Shipping box was damaged alot and was left outside my door. I found the wood cabinet to have scratches an a chip out of the bottom front. I called and received 10% off to fix it myself. I don't know if I'm going to order again for fear of damage.

Shipping was fast, but logs were broken when I opened the fireplace doors. I called cust service they were great and easy to deal with. They sent me new logs with no problems. Csn did a great job. Thank you.

i called 10/23/2009 to report a defective part. I was told that I'd be e-mailed with instructions on how to do this......have'nt heard a word.

fire place came with loose screws i had to tighten. not worth sending back.inconvenience.
