I ordered a pair of crocs from the online store. FOUR days later I received a Fedex shipping number. When I went to track, it said "no such number". I tried calling and all I got was music and I hung up after 5 minutes (on 2 tries)...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT CROCS ONLINE.COM Their "customer service" is virtually NON-EXISTENT and MOST DIFFICULT AT BEST TO BE ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF. I emailed 3 different times to which NO RESPONSE was EVER received. I called...

Buying Crocs from the Source -- A Mixed Experience!

I enjoy wearing Crocs shoes. They are extremely comfortable. I have a foot problem, and the style shoe and color I wished to purchase was not available locally. Also, the other online shoe websites I visited did not carry this particular style shoe.
