I was happen with the item overall. However, it arrived with a few pieces severely scratched. I had to call Storkcraft myself to have replacement parts sent. I am happy with the finished product, but was not offered any consolation or any price...

DO NOT ORDER FROM STORKCRAFT
I have had nothing but problems with this company. I was missing bolts for an item. I contacted the company but it took me a month to get back to me. They then told me that I need to pay 10 dollars because the parts were not under warranty....
