Audio caller ID is a great feature

The quality is good. Good sound quality. I really like the audio caller ID, so I don't have to get up to see who called. It announces on the extension phones, too, not just the main phone

Very good phone after changing the batteries

It seems others have mentioned this as well. Sometimes the phone will die and go blank when you pick it up or switch to speakerphone. I suspect it may be due to low batteries. Panasonic cordless set (KX-TG9343T)

This cordless set is a big step up from one we bought about 5 years ago. The sound quality is top notch and ctystal clear. The range is also better without the interference that we were getting with our wireless access point for our computer system. Battery life is very good.
