Let out a loud beep in the middle of the night and buttons quit working

Overall worked pretty good. Line button not lit when line in use. All the buttons on the base unit quit working after just over a year, when unit let out a loud beep in the middle of the night and buttons quit working. Battery life is pretty short.

interruption of phone calls

This phone does not let you know when a phone line is in use from outside its own system. The only way to know if a line is in use is to pick up the line and listen for traffic. This may have the effect of killing the other call.
