bad equipment

I had this phone for less than 2 years and one day the dial tone just went dead. The manufacturer said that it would cost more to fix it than to replace it. I'm totally unimpressed with this over priced phone.

Quality telephone system

I've had the system about a month and thus far the service has been exceptional.I use it in my insurance agency and am using 5 handsets.The system is quite feature-rich,was relatively simple to install and easy to learn to operate.The sound quality is very good-including the speakerphone feature.

AVOID THIS SYSTEM AT ALL COSTS
