The worst

I have had to have this phone replaced three times each phone lasted about 4 months before the answering machine went out. Today the fourth time this replacement has now quit, would not by another RCA phone; to bad all the other features are great.

Poor durability!!

Quality lacks! Purchased two units in 2007 and have replace one unit twice. The other unit needs replacing now. Like the features but not the durability.

I want to heave it against a wall

don't buy these phones!

Pros: worked good while the worked Cons: customer service, parts availability We used these phones in our small office for several years, and were happy with them until our office flooded last week and the transformers for 2 of the phones got destroy
