The MFC is great with double sided printing and wireless capability, but there does not exist enough expletives to describe Brother's customer service.

PROS: It does everything it says it does really well.
CONS: Battery Life might be a problem but easily solved by buying a spare one.

I had it all of about a week and now it doesn't work at all. When it did work, the battery lasted 2 to 3 hours before it died. Never did get any video to work on it
