Great machine for a great prices, it does it all, printing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, and network printing. In print mode, the usual 600 x 600 resolution is excellent, maybe not as crisp as a dedicated print-only laser printer, but it's good .

I just purchased this printer at OfficeDepot for $299, minus a mail-in $50 rebate. It is perfect for a home network/home office. It is the only printer I found that had built in networking, duplex printing, faxing and wasn't too big to fit at home.

The first one I owned lasted 1 year. The second one I owned lasted 7 mos. I will never own anything Canon makes again. Both copiers after a time would just not turn on anymore.
