With an oven temp I can never be certain of, this little beauty allows me to stay on top of the heat in the hot box. I don't understand the problems some other reviewers had. Haven't used it in the Weber as yet, but I surely plan to.

This is a replacement for a similar Polder thermometer. It is simple and easy to use. I appreciate the ability to change the temperature, either higher or lower, without having to go through the whole cycle of temperature settings.
