- GREAT THERMOTER
THIS IS WONDERFFUL THERMOMETER, I HAVE ONLY ONE FAULT WITH IT. THE NUMBERS ARE NOT LARGE ENOUGH. I HAVE EYE PROBLEMS AND I COULD AND WOULD APPRECIATE LARGER NUMBERS.

The heat sensor on this thermometer is set too high. I have to tip the pan so the syrup will reach it and I don't think I'm getting an accurate reading. As you candy makers know it's important not to disturb the syrup. I plan on getting...

This thermometer gives completely inaccurate readings unless you have at least the first 1.5 inches in the food. If any part of that sensor area is exposed to air, the reading will be way low.So, if you're using it for something like...
