An absolute MUST HAVE for any college bound person. (Heck, for anyone on a strict budget!) Great recipes. Don't be put off by some of the ingredients until you have made and eaten the recipe, bet you will like if not love them!

This book is perfect for the low budget group that just moved out of the house and is looking for things to eat that are cheap and easy. (As a decent cook of many years, some of the recipes did make me gag, but I'm not the audience for this book...

This book has some great ideas on using ordinary ramen from simple to sophisticated. You have to watch the calories/fat on some of these recipes though. I made the "Chicken Alfredo" recipe and it called for one cup of butter and one cup of...
