Missing pages or printed strangely?
My book I received from Amazon starts abruptly on page 33 with no chapter page or no title page for the story "Vacation" by Jane Green. Chapter 4 starts on page 38 just 5 pages later. What happened to chapter 1, 2, and the first part of chapter 3?...
