I really like all of Kenyon's books. This one just didn't seem quite as well written as some of her later ones. The heroine was way more girly, however, the hero was wonderfully tortured and antisocial as seems to be the Kenyon special....

When I purchased this book from iPublish.com in 2001 I had never heard of Sherrilyn Kenyon. But after only taking 2 and a half hours to read Born of the Night, I don't see how I could have missed her. Her novels are alive with characters...
