Ordered 4 pk Dell toners Sept 2. Shipped 4th, arrived 8th BUT, was Xerox cartridges. Called again, this time only 3 of 4 Dell toners arrived. Called again, told missing would be overnighted. Rec'd email, oops, out of stk, heres a refund. NOT HAPPY! |

My products arrived within the time frame I expected. However, one of the items(6) in the package was broken. Otherwise, I am satisfied with my order. |

Lexmarkx85 printer ink (blk) cartridge was late in arrive and when printing the supply of ink from cartridge to printer sometimes is light. Confirm problem with ink cartridge, new catridge from store print ok. |
