I placed an order on 10/05/06 specifiying and paying for overnight shipping. I received an email that same day indicating that the package had been shipped. I later found out that the package did not ship until the following day and was sent by... |

The shipping was unclear as far as when to expect the product. I paid for 2-day shipping, expecting to receive it 2 days after ordering, but received it AFTER the order was processed. It was misleading, held us up for 2 days. |
