PROS: Has aa lot of "power" but only on paper, it is very slow
CONS: Customer service. You will wait 10 minutes on hold, and they want to charge you even it is under warranty.

PROS: I love the price, it has everything that I need for college laptop including great battery.
CONS: My Sims 2 freezes and shuts down, all the time!!!! I guess since its 64 bit. The graphics barely make the cut for the Sims 3. Speakers aret very good. Scratches very easily.

CONS: -Only worked for 15 days. -Best Buy won't let you return computers after 14 days. -Ugly case; has a cheap plastic feel to it -Extremely poor and frustrating customer support.

PROS: Good expandability. External hard drive bays work with off-the-shelf SATA drives. Plays Crysis yet costs less than $1,300. CrossFire-capable motherboard.
CONS: Expansion limited by the included 500W power supply. Crapware. Plastics could be better. 64-bit OS doesn't make sense with only 3GB. Only 60-day trial of Norton 360.

PROS: Very fast, great speed and processing power for a cheap laptop. great graphics and multimedia applications for the price range
CONS: Terrible battery life, lucky to get over an hour without the cord. Every 2-3 months something on the computer breaks down to the point that the computer has to be shipped back to gateway to be repaired.

PROS: I got it on a great (clearance?) sale at Office Depot maybe 9 months ago. Has run great. Quite fast running Vista Home Premium. Keyboard is really nice. Widescreen display is nice.
CONS: Battery lasts roughly an hour even on Power Saver mode; I don't care since I rarely run on battery. Screen is a bit reflective, but I never notice that any more.
