I could only pull 390 watts from it when I tested it, but thats in the ballpark for lowend PSU's. You get what you pay for, and 380 'actual' Watts is plenty for all but dual video card gamers.

I put this unit in a core 2 duo pc that had a failed power supply.
4 hard drives, 8800gt, DVD burner and 3gb ram. No power issues yet.
The modular cables are nice as you don't have to have the extras just laying around in the case....
