Worst service I have ever had. Wrong product shipped and company has POLICY that prohibits correcting problem in timely manner: ie must have wrong product returned before they will ship correct product. This POLICY adds about a week of delay. |

I understand that it takes time to process/ship an order but 5 days for an overnight order seems excessive. I was surprised at receiving a call from customer service to confirm my order, which gave me the impression that Comparemaster had better-than |
