Worst service I have ever had. Wrong product shipped and company has POLICY that prohibits correcting problem in timely manner: ie must have wrong product returned before they will ship correct product. This POLICY adds about a week of delay.

I had to request Tracking information since it origianlly was not sent with my shipping confirmation. Response to my info. request was immediate. Thank You!
