Dispatch waited until an hour before my scheduled delivery to tell me that my washer/dryer was still in another state. I had taken a half day at work to be home so it cost me 4 hours of work for nothing. |

Box was damaged, however product was not that I have seen. Have not used product yet, did plug it in to make sure it worked. |

The wine coolers seem to be working well. One has a small crack in the top of the door radiating out from the screw that holds it to the hinge. I need your guidance on whether or not this is likely to get worse and become a problem. |

Suggest that the "manual" enclosed with the product specify the model, i.e., check the box for the model shipped. Mine is a P20 however there were 5 or 6 models listed on the cover (none checked). Read all the info and items referenced... |
