I have ordered a Combi baby stroller but haven't received it yet. I am very frustrated but the merchant isn't doing anything about it except giving me an email notices. I am beginning to worry seriously about my purchase. |

horrible phone system/customer service system. left 3 messages and still waiting for someone to call me back. contacted them via email, and if i do not hear back i am canceling my order. |

On 6/21 I bought a stroller/car seat system and an extra base for the car. On 6/23 I received a shipping notice for the stroller/car seat system, but not the base. I called them right away to ask them to hold off shipping it, so that it could all b |
