Decent Book with Lots of Stuff to Draw
This is a nice book with lots of things to draw. My daughter didn't like it that much though because the pictures are more cartoon-ish, just like you see on the cover. She prefers more "realistic" how-to-draw books. But it still is a good deal for the price.

How to Draw Animals
My 7yr old loves to draw. I have purchased a few books to help him move along with drawing animals and even Pokemon. If your children are into drawing these books are fun.
