Excellent Middle-of-the-Road Center
This center has very nice, clean reproduction in the vocal range. It DOES NOT distort. I have a really highly-powered HK receiver and I can crank it all the way up, without the slightest buzz from any of my speakers (my surrounds are Polk as well).

bang for the buck this one is hard to beat.
i recently revamped my fathers entir system with the finishing touch being a cs2. it was hard to convince him that going with a lesser center to save some money would be a huge mistake.it didn't hit home to him until it was hooked up and pounding out

should have bought the cs2

If there's one thing you should absolutely NOT skimp on for a surround-sound system, it's the center speaker. 60% or so of the audio portion of a DVD comes out of this speaker, so get a good one...and this is a good one. I've listened to all kinds o
