Excellent Middle-of-the-Road Center
This center has very nice, clean reproduction in the vocal range. It DOES NOT distort. I have a really highly-powered HK receiver and I can crank it all the way up, without the slightest buzz from any of my speakers (my surrounds are Polk as well).

bang for the buck this one is hard to beat.
i recently revamped my fathers entir system with the finishing touch being a cs2. it was hard to convince him that going with a lesser center to save some money would be a huge mistake.it didn't hit home to him until it was hooked up and pounding out

should have bought the cs2
was excited to bring this home to hook it up to my onkyo receiver and my other polk speakers, but when i hooked it up was less the satisfied. had to turn everything down cause it could not handle the power of my onkyo and it wasnt even up 3/4 of the
